Membership Consultant - Osborne Park

About the role

Merse Wellness, a premium wellness, recovery and longevity brand in Australia, is looking for a Membership Consultant for its Osborne Park location. This is not a typical sales role: you will help people discover a new way of prioritising their health and wellbeing, grow memberships, build relationships with local businesses and community groups, and act as a trusted ambassador for the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Drive membership growth through lead generation, networking and community engagement.
• Build relationships with local businesses, sporting clubs, allied health providers and community organisations.
• Convert enquiries into long-term members with an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop referral partnerships and corporate wellness opportunities.
• Represent Merse Wellness at community events, expos and promotional activations.
• Manage and maintain accurate data in CRM systems.
• Follow up enquiries, prospective members and first-time guests, and encourage Google reviews and contact app subscriptions.
• Work with the marketing and operations teams on campaigns.

Required profile

• Naturally driven and financially motivated to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Well presented and outgoing, able to build rapport and trust.
• Proven success in sales, business development or membership sales.
• Customer-focused, with a passion for wellness.
• Full Australian working rights; current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality or health is highly regarded but not essential.

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and comfortable using CRM systems.
