Retail Coach – Premium Customer Experience Mentor

About the role

Join Tiffany & Co.'s Retail Excellence team as a Retail Coach, supporting boutique leaders and client advisors across Queensland. You will mentor teams to deliver premium in‑store experiences, deepen product knowledge, and drive client engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and coach client‑advisor interactions on the sales floor, providing real‑time feedback.
• Identify store opportunities through sales dashboards, NPS scores, and performance data.
• Partner with leadership and HR to review sales and KPI performance for stores and individuals.
• Deliver training programs covering client service, sales techniques, product knowledge, and new‑starter onboarding.
• Assess training impact and reinforce concepts post‑training.

Required profile

• Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort interacting with all employee levels and fostering a learning environment.
• Self‑aware, accountable, and able to empower teams.
• Willingness to work Monday‑Friday with occasional evenings, weekends, travel, and flexibility.

Required skills

• Facilitation and training delivery.
• Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of luxury retail standards and client‑eling practices.
