Retail Associate – Optical Store

About the role

Join OPSM’s Werribee store as a Retail Associate, helping customers discover the perfect eyewear. No prior optical experience is required – you’ll receive world‑class training to confidently deliver an exceptional in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and provide a welcoming experience.
• Process specialised orders for lenses and frames, ensuring accuracy.
• Drive sales by sharing product knowledge on luxury and smart‑eyewear brands such as CHANEL, Ray‑Ban, PRADA, Gucci, and Meta‑enabled glasses.
• Contribute to a positive, fun team culture and support store operations.

Required profile

• Previous retail, sales or customer‑service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, target‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Genuine interest in technology, innovation and helping people see clearly.
