Retail Assistant - Swan Hill

About the role

ALDI is hiring a Store Assistant (Retail Assistant) for its Swan Hill store. The role suits people who want to start a retail career: no retail experience is needed, just a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. The store is open every day, including weekends and holidays, and offers variety across all areas of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers at the registers with a smile
• Keep shelves stocked so customers can find their favourite products
• Handle stock correctly, ensuring products are in date and priced correctly
• Create attractive displays of ALDI special buys
• Keep the store tidy, organised and presentable

Required profile

• No retail know-how required
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn
• Average of 10.5 to 15 hours per week
• Full weekend availability is advantageous
