Retail Assistant – Optical & Luxury Brands

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our OPSM store at Pacific Fair. The role combines customer‑focused eye‑care consulting with the sale of high‑fashion and luxury eyewear, supporting customers from initial eye‑tests through to selecting frames from premium brands.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and advise customers throughout their visit, including pre‑testing and frame selection.
• Assist with optical dispensing tasks, ensuring accurate fitting and adjustments.
• Promote and sell eyewear from luxury brands such as Chanel, Gucci, Ray‑Ban, Oakley, Prada and others.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Process transactions and handle product reimbursements according to company policy.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience; optical experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people see clearly.
• Quick learner with a genuine interest in fashion and luxury eyewear.

Required skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Basic knowledge of optical terminology (preferred).
