Retail Assistant - Customer Sales & Service

About the role

Repco Byford is looking for a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) to work in a retail and trade environment selling after-market auto products. The role focuses on giving every customer a great experience in person, by phone and online, and suits people who enjoy chatting with customers and finding solutions. No automotive experience is needed, as training is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Keep a safety focus for yourself, your teammates and customers
• Provide genuine service and create positive moments with customers
• Use strong customer service to contribute to positive sales performance
• Maintain excellent showroom presentation and merchandising standards
• Receive, dispatch and put away stock (a hands-on role involving lifting, bending and climbing)
• Be an enthusiastic, cooperative and collaborative team member
