Retail Team Leader - Repco Byford

About the role

Repco Byford is looking for a full-time Retail Team Leader to lead the team, create eye-catching merchandise displays, help customers find the right parts and inspire them to deliver great service. The role suits someone who wants to show emerging leadership and strong merchandising and presentation skills. The roster is Tuesday to Saturday, with a bonus of Mondays off and better pay on Saturdays.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team and share your knowledge with them
• Create appealing, stimulating shopping experiences for customers
• Enhance showroom and product displays and manage planograms
• Receive, dispatch and put away stock (a hands-on role involving lifting, bending and climbing)
• Display and enforce a safety culture for yourself, teammates and customers

Required profile

• Prior experience in large-format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms and promotions
• Leadership abilities (emerging or established) and ambition
• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, or as discussed with the manager
• Valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to help with deliveries from time to time
• Passion for the automotive industry and Repco products is ideal, but no automotive experience is needed
