Resilience Manager

About the role

As the Resilience Manager you will strengthen AP+’s ability to prepare for, respond to and recover from disruption. You will lead the Business Continuity Management framework and embed resilience across business and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve the Business Continuity Management framework aligned with strategy, regulatory expectations and industry practice.
• Coordinate Business Impact Analyses, resilience planning, critical dependency assessments and the annual testing and exercise programme.
• Develop, maintain and enhance Continuity, Contingency and Recovery plans, capturing lessons from exercises, incidents and assurance activities.
• Provide specialist resilience advice, support governance, assurance and audit responses, and produce metrics, dashboards and executive reporting.
• Strengthen integration of Business Continuity, Incident Management, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management for coordinated response.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in resilience, business continuity or operational risk, preferably in a complex or highly regulated environment.
• Proven ability to work with business and technology stakeholders, influence ownership of resilience outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Experience coordinating Business Impact Analyses, resilience testing, and developing management reporting.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 22301.
• Experience with ServiceNow BCM or similar resilience management platforms.
