Residential Property Manager

About the role

Elders is seeking a Residential Property Manager to join its growing team on a permanent, full‑time basis. You will manage a portfolio of residential properties, build strong client relationships and help drive portfolio growth across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships to understand current and future property needs.
• Identify and cultivate new investment opportunities for existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct routine property inspections and ensure compliance with tenancy standards.
• Manage debtor issues and oversee rent collection processes.
• Prepare and process documentation for landlords and tenants, including lease agreements and renewal notices.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Residential Property Manager.
• Strong understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation.
• Current driver’s licence and a Property Representative Licence.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organised with strong time‑management abilities.
• Team‑player who is enthusiastic, energetic and embraces technology.
