Residential Life Coordinator

About the role

Join UniLodge Park Central as a Residential Life Coordinator and help create a vibrant, supportive environment for student residents. You’ll work closely with a dedicated team to balance study and life, ensuring wellbeing and a memorable campus experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Residential Life Manager in designing, developing, implementing and managing a comprehensive Residential Life and Wellbeing program with a varied events calendar.
• Monitor resident wellbeing, provide timely assistance when issues arise, and act as the primary on‑call contact after hours.
• Participate in incident response and management during shifts, maintain accurate incident records, and support residents throughout their stay.

Required profile

• Resilient, supportive, caring, hands‑on and positive attitude.
• Enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and planning robust events and activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, solid planning and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work a Monday‑to‑Friday roster with occasional after‑hours shifts.
