Residential Construction Site Supervisor

About the role

Henley Properties Group is looking for an experienced Residential Construction Site Supervisor to join its growing teams across Brisbane. You will manage multiple residential construction sites from start to handover, coordinating trades, ensuring site safety and keeping clients informed.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Manage multiple job sites at the same time
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Liaise with trades, suppliers and internal teams to keep build schedules on track
• Keep clients regularly updated
• Carry out site inspections and quality control checks
• Drive timely project delivery and uphold high standards of workmanship

Required profile

• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Open Builders Licence (mandatory)
• Proven experience in volume home building or residential construction
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Required skills

• Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and site safety practices
• Site supervision and coordination
