Resident Experience Coordinator

About the role

50 Quay is Brisbane's newest Build-to-Rent community, and the Resident Experience Coordinator is the first point of contact for residents and visitors. The role combines customer service, administration and community engagement to support residents and help build a thriving community from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver warm, responsive and proactive service that drives satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Manage day-to-day reception, enquiries and administration efficiently and professionally.
• Own resident concerns, coordinate maintenance and follow through to completion.
• Assist with rent collection, arrears management, reconciliations and legislative compliance.
• Support leasing activities, resident engagement initiatives and a positive, inclusive community culture.

Required profile

• Current Salesperson and Property Manager Registration Certificate (QLD) - essential.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia and ability to obtain a National Police Check.
• Availability to work a permanent full-time roster of 38 hours per week, Monday to Saturday on a rotating roster.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, able to build positive relationships and take ownership of resident outcomes.
