Reservations & Corporate Sales Coordinator (Remote)

About the role

The company is a 4‑star apartment hotel in Darwin’s CBD that serves corporate and leisure travellers. We are looking for a Reservations & Corporate Sales Coordinator to manage inbound reservations and proactively develop corporate accommodation business.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound reservation enquiries via phone and email, providing information on rooms, rates and hotel facilities.
• Enter, amend and maintain bookings in the property management system, ensuring accurate guest and reservation data.
• Make outbound calls to prospective corporate customers, follow up leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain records of sales conversations, opportunities and follow‑up activity, supporting management with reporting.
• Build professional relationships with corporate contacts, repeat guests and accommodation partners.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in hotel reservations, front office or accommodation sales.
• Confidence handling guest and corporate enquiries over the phone.
• Strong attention to detail when managing rates, dates and guest information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying accountable to on‑site management.

Required skills

• Experience using a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
• Familiarity with RMS or similar reservation platforms.
