Reservations Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role
As a Reservations Agent at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking a luxurious stay. You will deliver warm, personalised service, helping guests choose the perfect room and package to match their preferences.
Key responsibilities
- Manage guest accommodation reservations and enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
- Provide tailored recommendations on room types, hotel facilities, packages and services.
- Process bookings, modifications, cancellations and special requests accurately.
- Maintain detailed reservation records within the hotel’s reservation system.
- Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine care for guest satisfaction.
- Ability to understand and anticipate guest preferences.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hotel reservation systems.
