Repair and Maintenance Technician – Cementation

About the role

The Repair and Maintenance Technician is responsible for hands‑on inspection, repair, refurbishment and testing of Weatherford Cementation equipment and field tools, ensuring they are ready for the next assignment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, disassemble, clean, inspect, repair, replace components, pressure‑test, re‑assemble and prepare equipment for storage or dispatch.
• Perform maintenance and pressure testing of ACP (Annulus Casing Packers) and related completion equipment according to Weatherford manuals and HSE standards.
• Document work, record labor hours, update work orders, and manage parts ordering.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in oil‑&‑gas workshop, repair & maintenance, completions or well services.
• High school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work safely with lifting equipment, forklifts, cranes and precision measuring tools.

Required skills

• Mechanical maintenance, repair and refurbishment.
• Use of hand tools, power tools, lifting equipment and precision measuring instruments.
• Pressure testing and pressure‑integrity verification.
• Reading and following technical manuals, drawings and work instructions.
• Knowledge of ACP/Annulus Casing Packers and oilfield completion equipment (highly desirable).
