Rental Sales Agent - Sydney Airport

About the role

SIXT Australia, part of the NRMA family, is hiring a full-time Rental Sales Agent (38 hours per week) at Sydney Airport. The role is the first point of contact for customers, handling rental agreements and enquiries with a service-oriented approach. The position is internally referred to as Customer Experience Agent.

Key responsibilities

• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries with an organised, service-oriented approach.
• Tailor offers to customers based on the wide variety of available products and fleet.
• Manage bookings and customer data accurately and securely through the company's tech platforms.
• Champion SIXT Australia's values, premium service standards, compliance and operating protocols.

Required profile

• Passion for sales and a commitment to a premium standard of service.
• Strong communication and teamwork, with a proactive attitude toward improving performance.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment; flexible to work a rotating roster from 6am to midnight, Monday to Sunday, including school holidays, weekends and public holidays.
• Provisional or full driver's licence and working rights in Australia.
• Successful applicants must complete a National Criminal History Check.
• Experience in sales in retail, dealership, technology, insurance or real estate is preferable but not essential.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with attention to detail, data and integrity.
• Ability to use booking and customer data systems.
