Rental Sales Agent – Melbourne Airport

About the role

SIXT Australia is seeking enthusiastic Rental Sales Agents to be the first point of contact for customers at Melbourne Airport. You will deliver premium service, manage rental agreements and tailor offers to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Handle rental agreements and customer inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.
• Manage bookings and customer data accurately using SIXT’s tech platforms.
• Tailor product offers based on a wide variety of vehicles and services.
• Work a rotating roster covering early mornings to late nights, including weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours and hold a current provisional or full driver’s licence.
• Experience in sales‑focused environments such as retail, dealership, technology, insurance or real estate is preferred but not essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SIXT’s booking and data management platforms.
• Attention to detail and data security awareness.
