Rental Sales Agent – Customer Experience

About the role

SIXT Australia is seeking enthusiastic Rental Sales Agents to be the first point of contact for customers at Perth Airport. You will combine sales expertise with a service‑focused mindset to drive bookings and deliver premium experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Handle rental agreements, customer inquiries and bookings with a friendly, professional approach.
• Tailor offers from a wide range of vehicles and products to meet individual customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer data and bookings using SIXT’s technology platforms.
• Uphold SIXT’s values, compliance standards and premium service protocols.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster from 6 am to midnight, including weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
• Current provisional or full driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer‑based booking and data‑management systems.
