Remote Vet Nurse – Client Services (Part-Time and Full-Time)

About the role

Greencross Client Services is looking for experienced Vet Nurses to join its team from home, acting as the first point of contact for pet owners. The role covers professional advice, triage support, appointment bookings and customer care on behalf of Greencross clinics across Australia. It can be done remotely from anywhere in Australia, with a North Ryde support office available for Sydney-based team members. All equipment is provided.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional telephone triage and general pet health advice
• Assist clients with appointment bookings and enquiries
• Support Greencross clinics nationwide
• Manage website enquiries and customer service requests
• Assist with Pet Health Reminders and other business initiatives
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting positive patient outcomes

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
• Minimum of 4 years' veterinary nursing experience
• Clinically confident and passionate about customer service
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, able to stay calm under pressure
• Confident making accurate and timely telephone triage decisions
• Attention to detail, ability to follow detailed processes, and ability to work independently while staying connected to a remote team
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of helping pet owners

What we offer

• Pay of $32.70 per hour
• Part-time shift: 1pm to 6pm Monday to Friday
• Full-time shift: 9:30am to 6pm Monday, 10am to 6pm Tuesday to Friday
• Equipment provided, with a reliable internet connection, ergonomic workstation and quiet workspace needed
