Client Services Vet Nurse (Remote, Part-Time)

About the role

Greencross Client Services is looking for an experienced Vet Nurse to join its team of qualified nurses who act as the first point of contact for pet owners, giving professional advice, triage support, appointment bookings and customer care on behalf of Greencross clinics across Australia. This is a part-time, fully remote role combining patient advocacy, customer service and veterinary support, paid $32.70 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional telephone triage and general pet health advice
• Assist clients with appointment bookings and enquiries
• Support Greencross clinics nationwide
• Manage website enquiries and customer service requests
• Assist with Pet Health Reminders and other business initiatives
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences while supporting positive patient outcomes

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
• Minimum of 4 years' veterinary nursing experience
• Clinically confident and passionate about customer service
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, able to stay calm under pressure
• Confident making accurate and timely telephone triage decisions
• Attention to detail, able to follow detailed processes and procedures
• Able to work independently while staying connected to a remote team
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of helping pet owners
