Remote Telehealth Registered Nurse / Pharmacist (AHPRA)

About the role

We are seeking an AHPRA‑registered nurse or pharmacist to join our Medical Support team on a fully remote basis. The professional will act as a primary point of contact for patients enrolled in our weight‑management program, delivering clinical assistance through written and verbal channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries via a ticketing system with clear, accurate and empathetic written communication.
• Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to address questions, concerns and provide support.
• Document all patient interactions accurately in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across multiple time zones to ensure seamless care.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of clinical experience as a pharmacist or AHPRA‑registered nurse.
• Demonstrated experience delivering care in a telehealth environment.
• Ability to work independently, manage workload and meet shift requirements (8 am–9 pm AEST, 5 days or fewer per week).
• Strong written communication and telephone etiquette, especially for sensitive conversations.
• High attention to detail and sound clinical judgment.
