About the role
We are seeking a reliable Appointment Setter to join our health‑insurance brokerage team on a casual or contract basis. You will work remotely (or from our South Yarra office if you prefer) and enjoy flexible hours that fit around your lifestyle.
Key responsibilities
- Call warm leads who have already expressed interest in private health insurance.
- Schedule consultation appointments for our insurance advisors.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and bookings.
Required profile
- Friendly, clear and confident phone manner.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- No prior insurance experience required.
Required skills
- Excellent verbal communication.
What we offer
- Pay $25–$30 per hour plus commission.
- Average commission $2,000–$4,000 per month.
