Reman Marketing Consultant - Asia Pacific

About the role

Caterpillar is looking for a Reman Marketing Consultant to support dealers in the Asia Pacific region on remanufactured engine sales growth and operations improvements. The role partners with Resource Industries' GTM teams and assigned Cat dealers, and drives dealer alignment with the Component Repair, Rebuild and Reman strategy. It covers the largest STU $ region for Cat Reman, with responsibility for sales achievement and improved reman utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Services Development and Sales Execution teams, the Reman Product Group, PSLD and dealers to optimise price and inventory, fill product gaps and promote reman products.
• Drive reman awareness and education among dealers and customers, and understand their industry needs to build a customer-centric approach.
• Support new product introduction, market and distribution needs, customer and dealer education, and sales execution.
• Execute Growth with Reman for target dealers in line with the corporate Services Growth Strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant industry experience.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work with people from many backgrounds and cultures, with good human relations and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to understand regional and worldwide business conditions.
• Preferred: experience with Caterpillar dealers, preferably in an ASR/ASC/PSOR/PSSR role, and knowledge of the Cat Reman business model.

The preferred location is Melbourne, Australia, with Brisbane and Perth also considered; relocation assistance may be considered. Caterpillar does not hire candidates who need sponsorship for employment visa status.
