Reman Marketing Consultant - Asia Pacific

About the role

Caterpillar is looking for a Reman Marketing Consultant to support dealers in the Asia Pacific region on Reman sales growth and operations improvements, in line with the 2030 strategy. The role works with Resource Industries GTM teams and assigned Cat dealers to drive dealer alignment with the Component Repair, Rebuild and Reman strategy, and to improve Reman utilization. It is based in Melbourne, with Brisbane and Perth also considered.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Services Development and Sales Execution teams, the Reman Product Group, PSLD and Cat dealers to optimise price and inventory, fill product gaps and promote Reman products.
• Partner with dealers to raise Reman awareness, educate customers and focus on the lowest total cost of ownership.
• Drive Growth with Reman for target dealers in line with the corporate Services Growth Strategy.
• Support new product introduction, market and distribution needs, customer and dealer education and sales execution.
• Build expertise with government agencies, national associations, dealers and customer groups, and generally requires extensive travel.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant industry experience.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work with people from many backgrounds and cultures, with good human relations and negotiation skills.
• Top candidates: experience with Caterpillar dealers (ASR/ASC/PSOR/PSSR), knowledge of the Cat Reman business model, and experience across the Caterpillar matrix.
