Reliever Pharmacist – Travel Across Greater Sydney

About the role

This permanent full‑time position is based at Slade Pharmacy in Mater Hospital North Sydney, with regular travel to multiple sites across Greater Sydney and the Central Coast. It offers a unique blend of hospital, community and oncology pharmacy experience while you enjoy travel allowances and incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation for in‑patients and day‑infusion services.
• Dispense and supply medications, coordinate patient medication requirements during stay, discharge and outpatient visits.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure excellent service.
• Educate patients, carers and staff on health promotion, disease prevention and proper medicine use.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA general registration and a valid driver’s licence with a roadworthy vehicle.
• Previous dispensing experience in an Australian hospital or community pharmacy.
• Ability to commit to frequent travel and hold permanent Australian working rights.
• Community and newly registered pharmacists are encouraged to apply; hands‑on training will be provided.
