Relief Forklift Mechanic / Service Technician (Field & Workshop)

About the role

This full‑time, field‑based position supports Crown Equipment’s customers by delivering high‑quality service, scheduled maintenance and safety checks on forklift and material handling equipment across a dedicated territory.

Key responsibilities

• Service, repair and perform routine maintenance on forklifts and other material handling equipment at customer sites.
• Maintain accurate service records, inventory on the company‑provided service van and assist with field‑based quoting.
• Provide professional, customer‑focused support to help build positive experiences and drive additional sales.

Required profile

• Mechanically minded individuals seeking a career change or progression in the material handling industry.
• Willingness to undergo an 8‑week onboarding and training program and work flexible overtime hours.

Required skills

• Forklift maintenance and repair.
