Relationship Manager – Diversified Industries

About the role

The Relationship Manager, DSI will build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of Diversified Industries customers. Working within ANZ's Business & Private Bank, you will help drive growth through acquisition, cross‑selling and referrals while delivering customer‑centric financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act in the best interest of customers, applying a customer‑centric approach.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business and financial needs.
• Collaborate with product partners and internal stakeholders to design, structure and execute deals.
• Maintain and expand external networks to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage the credit risk profile of the portfolio and exercise relationship credit approval discretion.
• Coach and develop an Assistant Manager direct report.

Required profile

• Proven relationship‑management experience, preferably with complex, diversified‑industry clients.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across product and specialist teams.
