Relationship Manager – Broker (WA)

About the role

Latitude Financial is growing and is looking for an experienced Broker Relationship Manager to join its WA Broker team. This is not a desk-bound sales role: you will build meaningful relationships, help brokers grow their businesses and represent a leading lender in personal loans and motor finance. You will manage a portfolio of brokers across Western Australia, drive new business and increase engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Build, manage and grow relationships with mortgage, asset and commercial finance brokers across WA
• Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities
• Create and execute territory plans aligned to business growth objectives
• Deliver face-to-face and virtual presentations, training sessions and workshops
• Support broker onboarding, accreditation and education
• Use data and insights to identify growth opportunities and improve performance
• Collaborate with internal sales, credit and operations teams to deliver a great broker experience

Required profile

• B2B sales, business development or relationship management experience
• Exposure to the broker, lending, banking or finance industry
• Knowledge of personal lending, motor finance, asset finance or consumer finance
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout WA
• Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate insights, automate routine work, prepare reports and tailor content

• Self-starter with strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confidence presenting to groups and facilitating training
• Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action
