Rehabilitation Consultant – Psych/Social Worker

About the role

Support people recovering from injury or illness to rebuild confidence, independence and hope. As a Rehabilitation Consultant you will guide clients through recovery, return‑to‑work and wellness journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients’ rehabilitation needs via physical, ergonomic, psychosocial or functional capacity evaluations.
• Provide expert advice on workplace modifications and the return‑to‑work process.
• Co‑design and deliver tailored rehabilitation plans aligned with client goals.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans and manage cases end‑to‑end, coordinating with employers, healthcare providers and insurers.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work.
• Registration with AHPRA, ASORC or AASW (provisional acceptable).
• Full Australian working rights, WWCC and national criminal check.
• Driver’s licence and willingness to work in varied settings.
