Rehabilitation Consultant – Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy

About the role

Join a close‑knit team of allied health professionals at IPAR in Perth, delivering occupational rehabilitation services to individuals recovering from workplace injury or illness. You will enjoy flexibility and autonomy while making a meaningful impact on clients' return‑to‑work outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a manageable caseload with support from Rehabilitation Assistants for administrative tasks.
• Partner with employers and employees to develop injury‑prevention and workplace education programs.
• Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals across workers’ compensation, third‑party, life insurance, Comcare, and veteran schemes.
• Prepare timely, high‑quality reports outlining findings, recommendations, and clinical reasoning.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy or Exercise Physiology.
• Full professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA EP accreditation.
• Excellent communication, compassion and empathy.
• Current valid driver’s licence and access to a fully insured car.

Required skills

• Professional registration (AHPRA or ESSA EP).
• Ability to produce clinical reports and case documentation.
