Rehabilitation Consultant – OT, PT or Exercise Physiologist

About the role

Join one of Australia’s largest workplace rehabilitation providers and help individuals return to meaningful work after injury or illness. You will use your clinical expertise to assess, treat and support clients in a flexible, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate the rehabilitation needs of workers following work‑related or non‑work‑related injuries.
• Conduct functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic and worksite assessments, and activities of daily living assessments.
• Develop and manage case plans to coordinate client progress toward return‑to‑work goals.
• Engage with stakeholders and build relationships to support business objectives.

Required profile

• Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA (AEP) and relevant tertiary qualifications.
• Current Working with Children Check and willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check.
• Demonstrated compassion, client‑focused care and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Functional capacity evaluation techniques.
• Ergonomic and worksite assessment methods.
