Registered Nurse - Renal and Acute Care of the Elderly

About the role

Bayside Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Ward 10 North at the state-of-the-art Peninsula University Hospital in Frankston, which specialises in renal care and acute care of the elderly. This is a fixed-term full-time role until 12 July 2027, classified as Registered Nurse (Grade 2, Years 2-8). The ward has a positive culture that values teamwork and collaboration to deliver patient-centred care.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Completion of a graduate year or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for patients
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills matching experience and scope of practice
