Registered Nurse - Pool (Medical, Surgical, Emergency, Theatre, Paediatrics and Midwifery)

About the role

The Nursing Resource Service Team provides central relief to all the wards at Bundaberg Hospital within the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service. Experienced Registered Nurses join the team and are rostered and allocated to various roles across the hospital, including medical, emergency, surgical, theatre, paediatrics and maternity. Several permanent full-time (76 hours per fortnight) and permanent part-time positions are available.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical, patient-centred care in a hospital setting
• Support the delivery of quality, cost-effective nursing services consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice
• Work in the pool, covering the acute services listed above

Required profile

• Experienced Registered Nurse
• First Nations nurses and midwives are encouraged to apply

• Salary of $85,236 to $109,330 per year (full-time) or $42.99 to $55.14 per hour (part-time)
