Registered Nurse – Home & Community Care (Nowra)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse to join our Home and Community Care team serving the South Coast of NSW. In this role you will deliver high‑quality clinical care that supports client self‑determination, resilience and an improved quality of life for individuals and their family carers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide effective clinical nursing care to clients in their homes and community settings.
• Promote client independence, social engagement and wellbeing.
• Assess and enhance client capacity and resilience through person‑centred interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Required profile

• Experience in aged or community care, or a strong desire to start a career in aged care.
• Adaptable, empathetic, resourceful and excellent time‑management skills.
• Commitment to Uniting’s values of compassion, respect, imagination and boldness.
• Current nursing degree with AHPRA registration.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to an insured vehicle.

Required skills

• Clinical nursing competence in aged/community care settings.
