Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (Mount Gambier)

About the role

The Limestone Coast Local Health Network is seeking Registered Nurses to join the Emergency Department at Mount Gambier and Districts Health Service. Positions are available on both full‑time and part‑time bases, covering evenings, nights and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality, compassionate emergency care 24/7.
• Work within the short‑stay unit to assess, treat and discharge patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, allied health and support staff.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies.

Required profile

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Person‑centred, compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
