Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

About the role

Bayside Health is recruiting a Registered Nurse for its Frankston Emergency Department, located at Peninsula University Hospital in Frankston, Victoria. The department has recently expanded with a dedicated Paediatric Emergency Department and a purpose-built Mental Health Hub, offering specialist care and strong learning opportunities. The position is permanent part-time, up to 64 hours per fortnight, and sits in classification Grade 2 Year 2-8 (YP3-YP9) plus super.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centred care across a broad range of emergency presentations
• Work alongside experienced nurses, medical staff, allied health professionals and educators
• Develop clinical skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Completion of a graduate year program or equivalent experience
• Experience in an Emergency Department is desirable
• Currently or willing to be working towards a postgraduate qualification
