Registered Nurse - Community Nursing

About the role

Amplar Health, part of the Medibank Group, is recruiting experienced Registered Nurses for its growing Community Nursing team in Adelaide. The role is on-site and involves delivering a broad range of nursing care and interventions with a patient-centred approach and autonomy, bringing acute hospital experience into the community.

The roster is rotating 7 days between 7am and 10pm, with flexibility where possible and no night shifts.

Required profile

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• 2 years of recent acute experience in a hospital or community setting
• Previous experience working in the community, able to work autonomously and recognise client deterioration
• Experience in chronic wound care and negative pressure therapy
• Continence management
• Competent IT skills and literacy
