About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality resident-focused and clinical care using a person-centred approach
• Supervise and lead a team of carers and nurses while demonstrating the organisation's core values
• Get to know residents and their families and take an active part in building those relationships
• Carry out assessments, treatments and documentation to the highest standard

Required profile

• Resilient, compassionate and committed to exceptional resident-centred care
• Recognition of tertiary qualification and current AHPRA registration, or proof of being in the process of obtaining them
• Police check
