Registered Nurse, Anaesthetics and Recovery

About the role

St Vincent's Health Australia is recruiting a Registered Nurse for its Anaesthetics and Recovery department at the Mater Hospital in North Sydney. The role is permanent full-time, with part-time and casual positions also available. The nurse provides person-centred clinical care to patients within the scope of practice of a registered nurse and in line with hospital policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Valid AHPRA registration
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Previous anaesthetic and/or recovery experience
• Commitment to patient-centred care and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to do call

• Sound knowledge of Department of Health guidelines and regulations
• Workplace health and safety
• Infection control
