Registered Nurse - Aged Care

About the role

Capecare, a provider of aged care and accommodation services for seniors in the Southwest of Western Australia, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for its Busselton and Dunsborough facilities. Vacancies are available across weekday, weekend, afternoon and night shifts, in full-time, part-time or casual hours, with sponsorship opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver inclusive, person-centred care and support to residents
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the facilities in Dunsborough and Busselton
• Ensure residents receive person-centred care and services
• Coach and support direct reports in line with Capecare's values
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
• Handle budgeting and financial management, and manage staff
• Maintain high standards of customer service and build relationships with residents, families and staff

Required profile

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds
• Ability to lead shifts with an empathetic and mentoring approach
• A genuine passion for the aged care industry

What we offer

• Hourly rate starting from $40-$51.90 depending on experience, plus penalties and salary packaging
