Estia Health is looking for a Registered Nurse to join its team of over 14,000 employees who work across 96 aged care homes in Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria. The role is described as a comfort to residents and a leader to the team, within a person-centred aged care environment.

Key responsibilities

• Meet residents' medical needs
• Prepare clinical documentation
• Lead and support staff, helping them grow
• Act as a health and safety role model
• Maintain the highest standard of work

Required profile

• A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Leadership experience in clinical care
• Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration

Required skills

• Solid documentation skills
• Knowledge of AN-ACC
