Registered Nurse – Aged Care (Gloucester, NSW)

About the role

Join the Anglican Care aged‑care service at Mirrabooka Place in Gloucester, NSW as a permanent full‑time Registered Nurse. You will lead and mentor ward teams, promote collaborative, person‑centred care and work a fortnightly roster covering mornings, afternoons and nights.

Key responsibilities

• Act as team leader and mentor at ward level, fostering effective teamwork and communication.
• Deliver high‑quality palliative and aged‑care services in line with AN‑ACC standards.
• Coordinate person‑centred care plans and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in palliative care and leadership of nursing staff.
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate and a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to work both independently and within a team.
