Required profile

• AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse (essential)
• Ability to work as part of a close-knit team and delegate effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their outcomes
• Pre-employment checks are required as part of the application process

Nurses with less than 12 months' experience are invited to join the Graduate Program, which offers mentorship and exposure to the varied aspects of an aged care nursing career.
