About the role
Amplar Health, part of the Medibank Group, is recruiting a Registered Nurse for its Support at Home service. The role sits within a clinically-led model that helps older Australians stay independent, mobile and connected in their own homes, focusing on prevention, early intervention and reablement. Nurses work alongside Clinical Care Partners, allied health and other nursing professionals, and the broader primary care network, to deliver coordinated, person-centred care.
Required profile
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years' nursing experience in aged care and community settings
- Live in or near the North Gold Coast, such as Arundle
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A passion for delivering outstanding patient experiences
