About the role

Join Vitalis Healthcare at Home’s Complex Care Team to deliver hospital‑level treatment to patients in the comfort of their own homes across Sydney. This full‑time or part‑time position offers one‑on‑one clinical care for individuals with high‑acuity needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional clinical care directly in patients’ homes.
• Work one‑on‑one with clients, delivering high‑quality, hospital‑level treatment.
• Manage complex medication regimens and coordinate care plans.

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration (RN or EN).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• Current CPR certificate.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle for travel across the Sydney metro region.
• Right to work in Australia (student visa holders not eligible).
• Availability for a 24/7 flexible rotating roster.

Required skills

• Experience caring for ventilated patients.
• Proficiency in tracheostomy management.
• Knowledge of PEG/enteral feeding and bowel care.
• Complex medication administration.
• Manual handling techniques.
