Regional Manager - Western Region

About the role

The Regional Manager – Western Region will be based in our Welshpool office in Perth and will own the strategic direction, commercial performance and operational success of Eriez Australia’s most important western market. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will lead a multidisciplinary team across sales, service and administration while driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, commercial performance and P&L for the Western Region.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships, identify new market opportunities and expand presence across key industries such as mining, minerals processing and recycling.
• Coach, mentor and develop a high‑performing team across sales, service and administration, building future leadership capability.
• Improve business processes, governance, safety and customer experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build trusted partnerships with global principals, EPCs, OEMs, universities and industry associations.
• Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to deliver strategic initiatives that support long‑term growth and sustainability.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a commercial environment.
• Strong track record of delivering profitable growth and managing P&L responsibility.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build lasting customer and partner relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, safety and continuous improvement.
