Regional Manager - Service Delivery

About the role

Care & Connects is an NDIS provider offering Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Participation supports across Adelaide. It is seeking an experienced Regional Manager - Service Delivery to join its leadership team and help drive high-quality, person-centred service delivery across its programs. The role involves working with participants, families, support staff and external stakeholders, and leading and coaching a team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery so participants receive high-quality, person-centred support aligned with their goals and the NDIS framework
• Conduct participant assessments and develop individualised support plans
• Coordinate participant onboarding and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant
• Monitor service delivery to ensure high-quality supports
• Support participants to exercise choice, independence and community inclusion
• Manage incidents and risks in line with compliance requirements
• Build strong relationships with participants, families and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and organisational policies
• Provide leadership, coaching and support to staff
• Take part in the after-hours on-call roster as required

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years' experience in disability services in a similar role
• Diploma or Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services or a related field
• Leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Current NDIS Check, WWCC, First Aid/CPR and Australian driver's licence

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and compliance
