Regional Casual Pharmacist & Senior Pharmacist Positions

About the role

Join SA Pharmacy's Regional Casual Team in a flexible, short‑term contract role. You will provide high‑quality, patient‑centred pharmacy services across a variety of clinical settings throughout South Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver medication management for inpatients, outpatients and the community.
• Provide medicines advice, counselling and education to patients.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health teams to optimise therapy outcomes.
• For Senior Pharmacists: lead service delivery, mentor colleagues and drive quality‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Registered (or eligible for registration) with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
• Strong foundation in clinical pharmacy practice and medication management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• For Senior Pharmacist roles: proven leadership experience.
