Regional Account Executive – Australia

About the role

Redis is looking for a Regional Account Executive to sell Redis Enterprise across Australia. You will work with leading brands to drive enterprise‑grade deployments of our real‑time data platform.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a sales strategy plan to drive revenue growth for your territory.
• Identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline in collaboration with internal teams.
• Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives.
• Build strong, effective relationships with customers and deliver the value they expect.
• Work independently and with the whole team, up‑selling and cross‑selling Redis solutions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales.
• Enterprise‑level sales experience with a consultative, value‑based approach.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and can‑do attitude to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Deep understanding of the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Required skills

• Experience selling open‑source software for cloud, on‑premise and hybrid deployments.
• Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology.
