Region Sales Manager, Oceania

About the role

Lead a high‑performing sales team across Oceania, driving growth for Sandvik Coromant’s cutting‑tool solutions. You will be accountable for financial targets, team development and expanding digital solution adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop Sales Team Leads, Account Managers and Application Specialists to meet business plan targets.
• Execute customer development strategies, maintain high‑quality CRM data and use business intelligence to identify profitable opportunities.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and operational performance, collaborating cross‑functionally and with the Intelligent Manufacturing team.
• Support the Cluster Manager with accurate forecasting, budgeting and reporting.

Required profile

• 10+ years of sales and marketing leadership in industrial cutting tools, manufacturing or engineering.
• Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proven track record of delivering growth, commercial negotiations and account management.
• Strong business and financial acumen, comfortable with data‑driven decision making.
